Today is my final posting as this month’s Missy guest blogger. I hope you enjoyed the posts and that, at the very least,  it turned your  attentions towards African food in general.

If it’s not clear what My African Food Map does or what it is about, this is it:

All the transcriptions for the videos can be found here. The full recipes too.

There are also supplementary videos which add to the featured recipe video:

My African Food Map: It’s about sharing or inviting you to try something that means a lot to a lot of people. It’s about showing how to prepare these foods, step-by-step, as unobtrusively as possible. It is about capturing the reason behind a dish’s popularity – namely: how yum it is. It is just as much for the people who know and love these meals, as it is for those that don’t.

That’s the idea.

This whole thing is still in its infancy, which means there are always new developments. It’s all very exciting! And so if you want to keep up, please do stay in touch.

What I also definitely want to say is: Thank you. For reading, for spreading the word and for supporting.

**If you’re wondering about anything else regarding this project (or me), feel free to ask/write your question.**
